LEARNING OBJECTIVES

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Identify the intersection and application of core leadership characteristics, style and leverage frameworks shared to master crucial behavioral skills including Communications, Time Management, Decision Making, and Delegation.

  • Reflect upon your own default leadership and communication style orientation.

  • Assess the impact of your style on team dynamics and performance.

  • Engage in scenario-based exercises to build readiness for critical leadership

    opportunities via delegation, feedback, and engagement.

  • Apply techniques to ensure leadership readiness in context of dynamic situations.

  • Build a personal leadership readiness action plan to align professional goals and organizational context and ensure continued growth and effectiveness as a leader.
