Objective: Develop advanced communication skills tailored for executive coaching.

Objective: Help leaders achieve measurable outcomes and develop decision-making expertise.
Module 5: Strategic Leadership and Business Acumen
Objective: Support leaders in managing resources strategically and building long-term goals.
Module 6: Building Coalitions and Influencing Change
Objective: Enable leaders to build partnerships and influence organizational change.
Module 7: Leading Change and Innovation
Objective: Prepare leaders to drive transformation and foster innovation.
Module 8: Ethics, Integrity, and Emotional Intelligence
Objective: Foster ethical leadership and emotional intelligence in executives.
Module 9: Executive Coaching Practicum
Objective: Provide practical coaching experiences to integrate all competencies.
PLUS: 3 One-on-One Mentor Coaching Sessions
To be scheduled with individuals. These (3) mentor coaching 1-on-1 sessions, along with Triad Sessions will be scheduled during the course.
Objective: Provide each participant with 3 remaining mentor coaching sessions. Unlike the mentor coaching that takes place as a group, these one-on-one mentor coaching sessions will be one-on-one and include a written assessment.
